LAKE GENEVA, Wis. (WFRV) – A 27-year-old Wisconsin man was arrested after an investigation deemed that he had possession of child pornography and solicited porn materials from underage people.
According to the Lake Geneva Police Department, detectives executed a search warrant on Thursday morning at 9 in the 300 block of Walworth Street.
The search warrant was due to an investigation between the department and the Wisconsin Department of Justice – Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, which indicated that 27-year-old Dale Fischbach possessed child pornography.
Fischbach also reportedly solicited pornographic materials from underage children and was subsequently arrested on the following charges:
- Two counts of possessing child pornography
- One count of child enticement
- Eight counts of soliciting porn from underage people
- One count of causing a person under 13 to view sexual activity
