MADISON, Wis. (WFRV) — A 34-year-old man was arrested following a violent altercation outside Sotto Bar on North Henry Street in Madison, where a portion of a 23-year-old man’s finger was bitten off.
Madison Police officers responded to the disturbance in the 300 block of N. Henry St., where they found the victim, who was then transported to a local hospital for medical treatment.
The suspect fled the scene as officers arrived but later turned himself in.
The suspect was taken to the Dane County Jail, facing multiple charges, including battery, disorderly conduct, and mayhem.
