GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) – The Green Bay Police Department is investigating a two-vehicle, head-on crash and urging motorists to avoid the area.
Officers responded around 7 p.m. Tuesday to the crash at Velp Avenue and Wilson Avenue. Police said three people sustained serious injuries and are receiving medical treatment.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation. Authorities recommend using N. Platten Street and Gray Street as alternate routes.
