UW-Oshkosh women’s basketball wins 17th-straight game, survives late scare

(WFRV) – The UW-Oshkosh women’s basketball team won its 17th-straight game on Wednesday evening, taking down UW-Stevens Point 54-50. The Titans’ win record is the third-best in program history.

After leading by 15 points after three quarters, the Titans had to fight back late in the fourth quarter. The Pointers tied the game with 1:59 remaining. Then Oshkosh freshman Paige Seckar scored the go-ahead bucket with 32 seconds left in the game. Seckar, an Oshkosh West high school alum, scored a team-high 11 points in the win.
